Bookings
A booking request is a request for a slot and becomes confirmed only when an advisor confirms it by email or SMS.
Estimates and approvals
No chargeable work begins without your written approval of a written estimate. Additional findings are quoted separately.
Warranty
Repairs carry a workmanship warranty as stated on your invoice. Parts carry the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty.
Vehicle reservations
A reservation holds a certified vehicle for 72 hours. Reservation amounts are applied to the purchase price or refunded in line with the reservation agreement.
Financing
We introduce customers to partner banks. Approval, rates and final terms are decided solely by the bank.
Storage
Vehicles left more than 14 days after completion may incur storage charges, notified in advance.
