Contact details, vehicle information, booking preferences and any documents you choose to upload for a finance application. This page is maintained by AutoElite UAE and describes our own practices.
How we use it
To confirm bookings, send service reminders, prepare estimates, process vehicle enquiries and, with your consent, share offers.
Sharing
We share finance application data only with the partner bank you select, and vehicle data with insurers or authorities where required by UAE law.
Retention
Service records are retained for seven years so that warranty and history claims can be verified. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Your choices
Email concierge@autoelite.ae to request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete records we are not legally required to keep.
